The practice
We sit with owners of operating companies. We do not publish a fund, a return, or a client list beyond the companies named on this site.

Write the office. We review the company, the decision, and whether counsel, capital, or both are even the next step. If it is not a fit, we say so.

Buy, sell, take a partner, open another unit, or wait. The work is the operating reality: unit economics, and whether the company can hold a check.

Some relationships stay advisory. Some include an investment. A check follows a conversation we would have had anyway. It is never the product.
About the firm
Marsiglia Group is a consulting and investment firm in Odessa. Sean Marsiglia is the manager. Keith Marsiglia is the authorized member.
The work is sitting with owners who are about to buy, sell, take a partner, open another unit, or wait. Some of those conversations become investments.
The current roster includes payments, accounting, ticketing, athletics, sports representation, hospitality, and a seasonal retailer. Three additional names sit on the advisory side. Those companies are not the practice. They are proof the work is specific.

An operator first. He bought a pizzeria in Odessa in 2015 and still runs companies on the roster: restaurants, a bakery, a seasonal retailer, a sports facility. He writes the office and sits the first conversation. The counsel is the kind you only have if you have made payroll.
